🔁 Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item arrives damaged or defective

- You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or color)

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photo or video evidence.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because all LED signs are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

- Spelling, text, or design errors submitted during purchase

- Wrong size, font, or color selected by the customer

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, we will:

- Remake the sign at no extra cost

- Or issue store credit for the full value of your order
