What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our LED signs, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Can I return my sign if I change my mind?
No. Since each sign is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or individual mistakes made during ordering (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
What happens if my sign arrives damaged or incorrect?
We will remake your sign or issue store credit if the product arrives damaged or not as described. Please send photos or a video of the issue to [info@led-jungle.com] within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer monetary refunds for custom signs. However, eligible issues will be resolved through a replacement or store credit.
How do I start a return or report an issue?
